Refund

Returns

You may request a return or exchange for a product under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Products:

    • If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Provide your order ID and photos of the damaged product and invoice at WhatsApp at +91 72750 15621.
    • Products must be returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, etc.
    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will initiate a replacement or refund.

  2. Incorrect Items Received:

    • If the delivered item differs from what you ordered, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • We will arrange a reverse pickup and deliver the correct product promptly.
    • Ensure the incorrect item is returned in its original condition.

Note:

  • Returns will not be accepted for used, altered, or improperly handled products.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return.

Cancellations

Order cancellations may be entertained in the following scenarios:

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel by contacting us.
For shipped orders, cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
